Kaplans is refurbishing

In October, we will be refurbishing our store on Biblioteksgatan in central Stockholm.

Our website is, of course, open as normal throughout this period.

To thank you for your patience during this period, all customer deliveries within Sweden will be free in October.

Store

Our store is closed from Monday, October 9 to Friday, October 13, but naturally we’re still open online. If you have any questions about the closure, please call us on +46 (0) 8 545 016 00 or email us on info@kaplans.se.

Customer service

Our customer service phone lines and email are open throughout the entire refurbishment, including the days when our store on Biblioteksgatan is closed. You can reach us on +46 (0) 8 545 016 00 or info@kaplans.se.

If you have an enquiry that needs to be dealt with in person, you can visit us on Biblioteksgatan 5 from Thursday, October 12. We do, however, ask for your understanding for the refurbishment work that may limit our service offering.

To ensure that you get your goods home safely during the refurbishment period, we’re offering free delivery within Sweden throughout October for all goods that can be shipped. If you are able to do so, we would be grateful if you could collect your purchases prior to the start of the refurbishment work.

Viewings / Auctions

During the refurbishment work, all auctions will be held online. This means that items will be auctioned on our website in real time.

Pawn auction will be held on Thursday rather than Tuesday. The auction starts at 1pm on October 12. Viewing will take place on the day of the auction between 10am and 1pm.

Saturday’s auction Lilla Jewellery will be held online, with viewing the previous day between 10am and 6pm, and on the day of the auction between 11am and 1pm.

Bids are binding and items purchased must be paid for within five working days. The easiest way to do this is on our website.

To ensure that you receive your purchases with no fuss, we’re offering free delivery within Sweden throughout October.

Valuations

Valuations and submissions are closed from Monday, October 9 to Wednesday, October 11.

You can of course also send us your items for valuation. As a seller, you are responsible for insurance and shipping costs when sending items to Kaplans.

Kaplans Guldsmedsverkstad

During the refurbishment, Kaplans Guldsmedsverkstad will not be open for customers at our Biblioteksgatan site.
