Shop items
If you are not satisfied with a shop item bought via Internet you have the right to return it. Just resend the item no later than two days after you have received it. We will return the whole payment plus freigth fees to you. The only thing you have to pay is the freight back to Kaplans Auktioner.

Auction items
There is no right of return on auction items. The items are sold in their existing condition and we therefore recommend you to make a thorough examination before the auction.
