Droit de suite
Under Swedish law droit de suite or Artists' Resale Right is charged on the resale of artwork. A premium is paid to the artist or to his or her relatives.
The premium is 5 % of the sale price on the condition that the price exceeds SEK 2 865.
Only a small proportion of all items sold by Kaplans is subject to droit de suite.
