Submission for Important Watches
Important Watches is our special auction for fine watches, followed by customers all over the world.
We are particular interested in watches from the following brands - Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, Heuer, Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC, Breitling and Breguet.
Not only models from these manufacturers are valuable. Diving watches or watches associated with the military are in high demand. Multi-function watches like chronograph (timekeeping) or calendar display as well as exclusive classic gold watches are popular.

Important Watches Autumn 2023
Our latest Important Watches took place on Saturday November 4th. In total, watches for over SEK 11,8 million were sold and 96 % of the lots found new owners.
The auction presented 105 lots from some of the world’s leading watchmakers such as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin and Rolex. One of the highlights from the auction was Lot 105, a historic piece from Italian Panerai. The watch was sold for SEK 760 000.
We also saw a big interest in jewellery watches and unusual case shapes. Lot 8, Piaget ladies’ watch in gold and a dial in rhodochrosite, and Lot 73, Audemars Piguet Classic Day-Date Automatic Moonphase are two examples of watches that went well above estimated price.

Drop into Biblioteksgatan 5 in Stockholm. Our experts are available for submission and valuation weekdays between 10am and 6pm. Bring your watch and accessories such as box and certificate. You can also send an email to vardering@kaplans.se.
