CAMEO BROOCH, approx 21K gold (the gold karatage varies somewhat in different parts), 5,8 x 5,2 cm, shell cameo, thin gold sheet, repaired with several pewter solders, 19th century, also hook in rear (the cameo sits upside down if to be worn as pendant), weight 15,9 g, original box.
