CLUSTER RING, 18K gold/silver, cushion cut synthetic sapphire approx. 6,50 ct, 18 old European- and single cut diamonds approx. 0,70 ctw, Hamnstedt & Holmberg, Stockholm 1930, size 16,75 mm, weight 4,4 g, the sapphire has worn facet edges, some diamonds has notches.
