New fee
Information for buyers
In January 2018, we are introducing a hammer fee at all our auctions. The first auction to be affected by the new fee is the pawn auction to be held on January 9.
The hammer fee is SEK 50 including VAT for each item purchased at auction.
The fee is being introduced to cover cost increases. Our ambition remains to have the lowest charges on the auction market.
Good to know
The hammer fee applies to all our auctions.
The fee does not apply to items purchased in store.
Our buyers’ commission of 20 per cent is unchanged.
Example:
You make the winning bid for an item at SEK 10,000.
Buyers’ commission adds 20 per cent to this amount, and the hammer fee is added to that.
The amount you pay is calculated in the following way: SEK 10,000 + SEK 2,000 + SEK 50 = SEK 12,050.
