Ladie's Watches Autumn 2025
On Saturday, September 20th, our special auction for ladies’ watches will be held. The auction offers a wonderful mix of ladies’ timepieces from the world’s leading watchmakers. In the catalogue, you will find everything from vintage watches and jewellery watches to modern models from brands such as Rolex, Omega, Breitling and Cartier.
Here you will find all the information that may be useful to know before the auction begins.
Viewing
The viewing of all watches takes place at Biblioteksgatan 5 in Stockholm.

During the viewing, our watch experts are available to answer all your questions. They will also be awnsering questions sent to info@kaplans.se.
Become a customer
To participate in the auction, you need a customer number. Register online or with our customer service.
When registering online, our customer service sends an email with your login information. If you do not have a Swedish personal identity number, you need to send in a copy of your passport or identification card. Remember to register well in advance.
Bidding and premiums
You can take part in the bidding by placing absentee bids, bidding online during the auction or through a pre-booked telephone bid. You are also welcome to attend our auction room on the day of the auction. All bids are binding, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to our hammer auctions.
Our buyer’s premium is 20% of the hammer price. A hammer fee of SEK 50 is also added for each item sold. If you would like to calculate the total price, you can use our Calculator.
Streaming
Can’t make it to the auction in person?
Experience the auction as if you were in the room via our livestream. We offer live streaming of the entire auction on desktop with both sound and video.
All you need is a computer with a recent version of Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
Unfortunately, streaming is not available on mobile phones or tablets.
Winning bids
If you win a bid at the auction, you can choose to collect the item from our customer service at Biblioteksgatan 5. You can pick up your purchase immediately after the lot has been hammered at the auction.
You can also choose to add shipping when making payment on the website.
Please remember that purchased items must be paid for within 5 banking days.
