Right of withdrawal

Good to know

For all items purchased in our online store and at our realtime auctions the rules of The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (2005:59) apply.

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery without providing any specific reason.

For our hammer auctions, the right of withdrawal does not apply regardless of whether a bid is placed in our auction room or online. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of gift cards.

How to cancel a purchase

For orders placed on or after June 17, 2026, you can cancel your purchase directly on the website. You find the new Cancel purchase button under Ongoing orders and Show order details.

Once you have cancelled a purchase using the Cancel purchase button, you will receive an email confirming that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

For orders placed before June 17, where the right of withdrawal still applies, you can notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase by sending a message by post or email.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the item is packaged and shipped appropriately. A shipping method with tracking should be used.
